Our Culture & Mission!
I began my career as an independent contractor for a company I’m deeply grateful to — it’s where I grew as a clinician and learned invaluable lessons. Over time, I realized I wanted more autonomy, less oversight, and a more equitable compensation model. This led me to open my own private practice with the goal of creating a space where therapists and medical providers are compensated fairly, respected as true independent contractors, and empowered to manage their own schedules.
Living in northern Minnesota, I’ve seen firsthand how many populations remain underrepresented in the therapy field. That’s why diversity is a core priority for my practice. I’m committed to building a team of clinicians from varied backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring our clients can see themselves reflected in their providers.
